HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

We aim to dispatch all goods received before 1pm on the same day and delivery between 1-3 days. All orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

We use Royal Mail and DHL for most of our shipments, however on occasion we may use another courier.
Standard delivery costs £5.95

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchases from The Little Shop @The Dunns, however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on your item as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Upon receipt of your order, pleased take care to inspect your items to make sure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging.

  • All items must be returned to us in a perfect condition and will be inspected once we have received the return. Products must not have been opened and/or used (unless faulty).

  • Perishable products ( eg Pump Street Chocolate) are non refundable.• Please notify us by email before returning your item, stating the reason for the return.

Please ensure your return is properly packaged before returning it to us. Please return it our warehouse at the following address:Jodie PinneyThe Old Warehouse Quay street Orford SuffolkIP12 2NUNote: Please ensure you obtain proof of postage upon returning.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. 

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us straight away and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.Please note, we can only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged.With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us, and where possible send the return on a tracked service.Please note, We are not liable for goods lost in the post whilst being returned. By placing an order, you the buyer, consent to payment being charged to your credit card account as provided.We aim to respond to e-mails queries within 24-48 hoursIf
